Introducing our tailored Employment Pathways program
The Employment Pathways Program supports women aged 50 and over to re-enter the workforce.
We meet women where they are, with one-on-one career coaching, resume and interview support, and connections to the right jobs.
Since 2023, we’ve worked with 350 women and helped 136 of them into paid, secure jobs.
We’re an initiative of the Older Women’s Network NSW, championing the rights, dignity, and wellbeing of older women for 40 years.
